On July 4, 2024, Chongqing Shengou Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shengou Logistics") successfully passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System certification. The certification scope covers: general cargo transportation; international freight forwarding (land, sea, air); warehousing services (excluding hazardous chemicals).
The ISO9001 Quality Management System certification standard is a summary of management theories and practices developed over many years in many countries, especially developed countries. It embodies a management philosophy and quality management methods and models, and has been adopted by more than 100 countries and regions worldwide. The ISO9001 international quality management system standard is the most mature set of management systems and standards in the world to date, and is fundamental to enterprise development and growth.
The certification team conducted audits through on-site inspections, reviewing materials, interviews, and questioning to assess the company's system planning, quality policy objectives and their completion, effectiveness of resource allocation, suitability of the working environment, and compliance of the management system operation. After the audit, all types of management documents of Shengou Logistics met the national ISO9001 quality management system standards. The audit team fully affirmed the overall operation and achievements of our company's quality management system. Successfully obtained the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification. 
The successful application for the ISO quality system certification marks a new level in the standardization, normalization, and scientific management of Shengou Logistics; on one hand, it proves the company's own strength, establishes a sound quality management system, optimizes work processes, improves employee quality, and ensures product and service quality. On the other hand, it serves as an encouragement for the company's future growth and a recognition of the company! It indicates that our company has reached international standards in integrating various management systems. At the same time, this certification also enhances Shengou Logistics' competitiveness, improves customer satisfaction, and marks significant progress in quality management.
